8th Short intro to Acrylic’s

Drop in and Draw – September 2026
15th: Acrylic Demo – Michelle Parsons.
22nd & 29th: Put what you have learned into practice to produce a piece of your own work or maybe a piece in the style of Kusama to celebrate her life.
October – Inktober.
6th -27th:
This month we will celebrate our own “Inktober.” Explore the medium that is Ink – Fountain pens, dip pens, fine liners. How can you incorporate Ink into your artwork. Use it to make a piece of art with only ink. Think outside the box. Have fun and push the boundaries.
November – Birds.
3rd: We are lucky enough to have an excellent photographer – Peter Jackson – come in to talk to us about his bird photographs. Most of us work from photographs in our art practice. A good photograph makes our work better. It helps us to pick out the finer details.
10th- 24th:
Take the opportunity from these fabulous photographs to inspire you to produce a beautiful picture of birds.
December.
1st: Show and Tell. Bring a favourite piece that you have been working on this team.
8th: Christmas Party!!!
